Whether you are arriving in Rochester, Buffalo or Toronto, transportation in and around the World's Image Center just got easier!

We provide ground transportation seven days a week to and from the Greater Rochester International Airport (GRIA) as well as to all area businesses, hotels, and surrounding suburbs. We're also available to pick you up in Toronto or Buffalo or Syracuse Hancock International airport (SYR) if you are heading to the Rochester area.

For all airports pre-arrange your reservation in advance by either calling our toll-free service center @ (888) 663-3770 or using our convenient, on-line reservation form 24 hours a day. Once you've placed your reservation, relax -we'll take care of the rest.

1. Proceed to the lower level to obtain your luggage.
2. Go out through middle doors and walk across the road; turn right at the taxi stand.
3. Look for the Rochester Shuttle Express vehicle.

When arriving at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport (BUF) or Syracuse Hancock International airport (SYR)

1. With your pre-advance reservation dial 1-888-663-3770 and let the operator know that you have arrived. They will direct you to "your driver."
2. Proceed down to the lower level and pick up your luggage. Exit the terminal and follow the instructions our operator gave you.

When arriving at the Toronto Airport  (YYZ)

1. With your pre-advance reservation: Exit baggage claim/customs and follow the signs for pre-arranged pick up area.
2. Find the commissioner and tell him/her the name of your party and you are expecting Rochester Shuttle Express.
3. Your driver will pick you up shortly.

The Rochester Shuttle Express is not responsible for passengers denied entry into Canada or the USA.

• All passengers must have valid passports or enhanced NYS license
• Items such as bikes, skis and large trunks will be charged extra
• No smoking and alcoholic beverages allowed
• We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe driving conditions or mechanical failure.
• Tolls, parking & gratuity not included
