That's right, we're open and ready to serve you as we start to get back to business! We still do VIP, corporate and airport runs, city tours, weddings and other social and sports activities but they may be on hold for a while longer so think of us for all your other transportations needs until then.

Venues of all kinds; eateries and restaurants as well as wineries and other locations that offer food, beverages, and shopping as well as sightseeing and other activities to see and do are beginning to open in Rochester, The Finger Lakes, Southern Tier and other great New York State Destinations. We couldn't be more thrilled to get back to doing what we do best: showing you the beauty of the region and introducing you to amazing places, wineries and attractions and then enjoy GETTING YOU THERE!

With over 150 wineries, there is an array of Wine Tour options for every visitor and trips to Niagara Falls, Letchworth and/or Watkins Glen as well! From the vino lover to the nature lover there is somewhere for you and your friends, family and/or co-workers to visit, NOW! Our team is ready and waiting to build your custom itinerary for you and your "Quaran-TEAM"!

YOUR SAFETY HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR 1st PRIORITY

The safety and health of our loyal clientele, dedicated staff & drivers has always been, and will continue to be our top priority at Rochester Shuttle Express. For over 20 years, we have operated as a VIP, luxury ground transportation provider, specializing in many facets of private transportation from corporate travel and large group movements to custom wine tours, Niagara Falls and Buffalo Bills Trips and other destinations and events.

Prior to COVID-19, our region in the Finger Lakes led the way in tourism, attracting guests from all over the world. We are eager to get back to that and have remained open and ready to serve as an essential business to all travelers needing our services.

As a luxury car, suv, van and small bus service, cleanliness and safety were not foreign to us, in fact, they were already an especially important aspect of our operation, if not the most important. Though, we want to do our part to ensure our clients and staff that we will take every precaution and continue to abide by the recommendations provided by the CDC to implement even safer practices we all play a role in keeping each other well.

The following are some of the implementations we have made in response to COVID-19.

Drivers

All drivers will have a temperature check prior to their shift along with a personal health and safety checklist - if it is above 100 degrees that will be sent home
Drivers will wipe down door handles inside and out, as well as seats and seat belts and other frequent touch/grab areas for guest entry
Masks will be worn in the vehicles and any time they are in public

Fleet

Vehicles will go through a more strict and frequent processes of sanitization, inclusive of additional procedures for every on/off stop(s) (using sprays, wipes and other supplies, equipment, and optimal techniques which we are constantly exploring and updating)
Vehicles will be free of additional materials, such as magazines, and other amenities
We are working to install flexible sneeze guards in all vehicles to allow for further spacing between the driver and passengers
We will only allow/encourage 50% capacity on each vehicle and at this time, we will not allow a front seat passenger.
Sanitation Stations with single use masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and wipes as well other supplies will be available on board (thermometers are available upon request)

Passengers

At this time, we will require all passengers to wear masks while in the vehicle according to NYS Law for public access
All passengers will have to handle their own baggage, materials, and supplies - drivers are to remain contactless
We encourage booking host/client to consider temperature taking of all riders - optional presently
All riders must sign in to aid in contact tracing and tracking efforts as needed (Names and phone numbers and/or e-mails will be recorded)

Office Staff & Drivers

All office staff are encouraged to voluntarily be tested at our local testing sites, and if positive will be self-quarantined for 2 weeks.
Masks will be worn at all times during their shift when social distancing within 6 feet is required to communicate.
Any staff/driver who is ill will be asked to stay home and return only when they are symptom-free and declared so by a physician in writing.
